School Age Wrap Around Care	Minimum Fee $15.00 - $2.85 Hourly
To receive the School Age Wrap Around Care Rate the child must attend on a weekly basis. The School Age Wrap Around Care Rate applies to children who are enrolled in a kindergarten or higher level school age program. School Age Children who have a regular weekly schedule are not subject to the On Demand Care Fee on snow days, vacation days, etc.

The following applies to all clients: A $20.00 Registration Fee - Waived for Residents of Big Rapids Housing Commission. Full-time is considered over 25 hours and up to 55 hours per week. The part-time rate will be charged for all enrollees who attend the center 25 hours or less per week. The full-time rate will be charged for all enrollees who attend the center more than 25 hours a week. $25.00 per week will be charged in place of the regular tuition fee during absence of one week or more upon request. You will be charged the hourly rate for any hours your child attends the center during that week. This must be requested on the appropriate form. To hold your slot you may not request more than 4 reduced weeks per year. Tuition is due and must be paid on Friday of each week. A $10.00 late charge will be applied to your account if your overdue balance is not paid in full after 6:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of each week. If you arrive after 6:00 p.m., our closure time, you will be charged $5.00 for every 5 minutes, (ie: arrival at 6:20 p.m. would be a $10.00 charge). Partial hours will be billed at the full hour rate. Multiple Child Discount Families with more than one child enrolled at Stepping Stones Childcare Center will receive a $8.00 weekly tuition discount for the oldest child/children that attend on a weekly basis. Siblings that use the On Demand Care will receive a $0.25 hourly tuition discount. Referral Incentive Program A family will receive a $25.00 credit to use toward tuition for each referral of a full-time enrollee to Stepping Stones Childcare Center. The credit will be applied to your account after the new family has completed their first week of care.

Full-time Benefits 5 vacation/sick days a year from January 1 through December 31, credit must be requested on appropriate form. Unlimited care during regular hours 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Part-time Care/Wrap Around Care/On Demand Care Part-time schedules will be accepted subject to availability. Enrollment priority will be given to full time children, and if a waiting list is present, part-time parents may be asked to pay a full-time fee or take the chance of losing their part-time slot. Wrap-around care is available (before and after school) for a fee of $2.85 per hour, if parents use this on a regular basis (weekly). On demand care is available for occasional care at a fee of $3.75 per hour. Ex: Snow days for school age children. Schedule changes may be accepted once a month, subject to availability and must be provided to the office by 6:00 p.m. on the 28th day of each month for the following months care. The weekly schedule must remain the same for the entire month. If your schedule is the same monthly, it will only be necessary to provide the initial schedule. Big Rapids Housing Commission Residents Residents may elect an hourly fee of $4.40 (center supplied formula) or $3.80 (parent supplied formula) for age 6 weeks - 3 years and $3.40 for age 3 years - 12 years. A $25.00 Minimum Weekly Fee will be charged to residents of the Big Rapids Housing Commission if care is on an hourly rate. If you exceed your scheduled hours on any day, a $3.75 hourly surcharge will go into effect.
