Stepping Stones Childcare Center is delighted to offer supervised care from 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM as parents participate in the community tour. Since 2018, we have been honored to serve Mountain Home, including numerous military families, in a secure, friendly, and licensed childcare environment.

A Fun, Well-Cared-For Day

Children will enjoy supervised play, age-appropriate activities, games, quiet time, and meals, snacks, and drinks, all included.

Registration

Advance registration is required. Please complete this RSVP and parental permission form as early as possible so we can plan appropriate staffing and care. You’ll be asked for:

• Each child’s age, allergies, and care needs

• Emergency contacts and authorized pickup adults

• Any special considerations

Parents must also accept the Supply, Behavior, and Illness policies included with registration.

Once registered, families will receive an email with entrance photo, secure entry code, and simple arrival instructions. Please allow a few extra minutes at drop-off to check in and sign your child in.

Private Arrival

Stepping Stones operates as a private-access childcare facility, with entry reserved for enrolled children and registered event families. The entrance is not publicly marked, supporting a secure, private arrival experience for the families we serve.

Safety & Pickup

Children will be supervised by experienced caregivers who have completed enhanced background checks through the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare and hold current Pediatric CPR and First Aid certifications.

Only a parent or authorized adult listed on the RSVP form may sign a child in or out. Photo ID may be required. Pickup must be completed by 6:30 PM.

Schedule & Locations

• 11:30 AM–12:00 PM: Childcare drop-off and check-in

• 12:00 PM: Parent tour begins at Railroad Park

• 6:00–6:30 PM: Childcare pickup

Please allow travel time from the tour’s final stop and arrive for pickup by 6:30 PM.
